I treat my Instagram as a place to share images of what I'm currently working on freely, without having to worry too much about quality of presentation.
Sort of a work in progress blog/social media account.

Drawing cars for fun. #dailysketch #sketchdaily
Ok I haven't been drawing cars for a few weeks. My first attempt back. Go easy on me. It's supposed to be a Bugatti Chiron. #dailysketch #bugattichiron #bugatti #idsketch #sketch #designsketching #automotivesketch #drawcars
Current work in progress for a project I'm working on. It's a nasty mole! Sketched and painted in #sketchbook @autodesksketchbook #cintiq #cintiq22hd
Been a bit quiet lately, but I've been busy on a big project for the portfolio. Here's a render tease.
This is mine now. Thanks.
When reading @natgeo makes me think of @artbybasia. Photo of @yellowstonenps
Daily sketch # 12

Drawing cars has never been a strong skill of mine. But I have always wanted to be able to. I feel like I'm finally starting to make real improvements.
I'm lucky to work at @teague1926 alongside some brilliant industrial designers who have varied work histories - a few of which have long history in the automotive industry.

And those designers are also generous with their knowledge and are great teachers. Because of some recent sketch instruction sessions, I've gained great insight into drawing vehicles and I feel like I'm making huge improvements in my ability because of these wonderful colleagues.

I'm very fortunate to work with great people at TEAGUE.

Daily sketch # 10

Trying to get the hang of sketching on my new Dell Inspiron 13 with Autodesk Sketchbook. It's actually pretty fun!

Also working on my car drawing skills...
Daily sketch # 9

Truck truck. Vroom.
When you make mistakes, redraw a correction. Formulate why it was wrong. Even if you know in your mind why it was wrong - redo the work! It forces your brain to learn.
Daily sketch # 8

Automotive drawing is something I've struggled with since I was a kid. I've been working on the skill on and off for the past little while.

Thankfully there are some extremely talented industrial designers at my workplace and I can tap them for tips and instruction. It's proving to be a big help. So I've been sketching cars again a bit lately.
4 people in a coffee shop. Daily sketch # 7

Not sure if I posted any sketches over the weekend as I was busy on a trip. I did sketch during that time though.

This one was in Port Townsend, Washington.
Daily sketch # 7.
I should be in bed, but I stayed up to do a bit of designing on a kitchen space. Splash and kick lighting is key.
Yeah yeah, this one is digital. But I was doing home design work when I thought about that python from Australia. Miss that little guy. Daily sketch # 7
Now that I'm back in town, I'm trying to resume my daily life. That includes daily sketch. I think this is # 6.

Was feeling like characters and pencils. So that's what I did.
